Ulla Tikkanen works as a Technical Project Manager in the FABULOS project. Tikkanen is responsible for the technical implementation and piloting in Helsinki, and supporting partner cities in their pilot preparations. She is also the chair of the technical Evaluation Committee of the project.
Tikkanen holds a M.Sc. (Tech) Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, together with a M.Sc. Degree in Architecture (specializing in Urban planning). Her background is in consulting, both public and private sector organizations, with versatile experience in innovation management, smart mobility, service design, R&D and urban development. She currently works for Forum Virium Helsinki, which is the City of Helsinki innovation company. Forum Virium co-creates urban futures with companies, universities, other public sector organizations and Helsinki residents.
