An academic must be actively employed by a valid academic institute and submit their registration using their institute or organisation’s email address

An industry supplier is any organisation providing a service or product to PTA, PTOs, government bodies or cities or anyone that does not fit the criteria identified for VIPs and academics
*No-show fees will be charged for VIP registrants who do not turn up in-person on the day of the event to ensure fairness and efficient use of resources. Please notify us of your wish to cancel, alternatively freely transfer your pass to a colleague. We must be notified at least 14 days prior to the event. For full terms & conditions click here.
Please note if an incorrect ticket or pricing has been selected and paid for a full refund with the option to re-register using the correct ticketing and pricing option will be offered. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the event to anyone who has not paid the correct ticket price based on the criteria above. Entry will only be given once the correct ticket price or the balance has been paid.
